Costco Franz Gluten Free 7 Grain Bread

It’s nice to see Costco carrying a lot more gluten free products (scroll down for photos). Here we have Costco’s Gluten Free bread made by Franz. It is a 7 grain bread that comes in a 2 pack with each loaf being 20 ounces. That’s a little over a pound per loaf. The last time I saw Gluten Free bread at Costco, I believe it was in the refrigerated section; this bread is located in the bread section usually next to Dave’s Killer Bread. I decided to purchase this item because we always like trying new breads. Our household is not normally gluten free (no Celiac disease or gluten sensitivities), but we do like to try new products that may be healthier for us. You could tell the bread was gluten free, meaning it had a different texture than most other breads, but it was tasty. I generally ate it toasted with peanut butter or put an egg over it in the morning. It probably won’t be an item I purchase regularly, but I’m glad I tried it.
