Costco Turkey Burgers, Might Spark All Natural Queso

If you see these, BUY them! We absolutely love these Costco Turkey Burgers. They are made by “Might Spark Food”. Scroll down for photos. We first purchased these just because they were on sale. The first time we cooked them we knew we were going to be buying them again. They are so tasty & sit well with my stomach too. Sometimes those non-beef burgers (black bean burger, veggie burger, etc) end up making my stomach turn at night, but these don’t. They take about 10 minute on the BBQ & they have cheese already ground into the burger! We like to throw some avocado on it & you’ve got yourself an easy, cheap dinner. We love to eat this burger with the Costco Organic Artisan Bakers Super Seed Bread. Here are a few more details about this Costco Turkey Burger…….

Costco Turkey Burgers, Queso Fresco & Jalepeno

So the huge bummer recently is that we have not been able to find these at our local Costco. I don’t know if it’s a supply issue or they stopped carrying the product. My wife & I are really bummed because this was a 2 night a week meal for us. I hope they start carrying this again soon because we will stock up! I found this in the refrigerated section (not frozen) next to all the marinated meats. It’s $12.79 for the 8 patties which I think is a good deal considering the time and effort to prepare a tasty “turkey burger”. Anyways, I hope they bring them back soon.
