Costco Keto Brownie Mix, Lakanto Sugar Free Brownies

Costco sells the Lakanto Brownie Mix for $14.99. Scroll down for photos. This is one of several Keto Friendly items that Costco currently sells. I had to refrain from buying these because it has been a bad eating holiday for me. I did some research on these & people really seem to like them. They get a 4.4/5 rating directly from the Lakanto site & a 4.0/5 rating from Amazon. I’d love to hear from any of you who have eaten this. These brownies contain 3 net carbohydrates. The formula is Total Carbohydrates – Fiber – Sugar Alcohols. This comes out to 27g – 15g – 9g = 3 net carbs. The instructions are really simple & only require you to have 2 – 3 eggs & some coconut oil. It’s only 40 calories per serving, which is fairly low if you’re into counting calories. Here are a few more details about this Costco Keto Brownie Mix…….

  • Brand: Lakanto Keto Brownie Mix

Costco Lakanto Keto Brownie Mix, Sugar Free

I’ve had several items lately with monkfruit. This seems to be a popular sweetener right now & I don’t mind it. I tend to think most of the alternative sweeteners have a chemical taste, but I don’t get that with monkfruit. I’ve been buying the Costco Keto Granola & we REALLY like that. It’s also sweetened with monkfruit. This seems like another great item for all of you on the keto diet. This would be the perfect treat for the holidays, so as to avoid all the cookies & pies. I found this in the baking aisle where all the flour & canned goods are. If you can’t find these or want to try other HIGHLY RATED keto friendly products (make sure to look at the alternative brand brownie mixes, they have GREAT ratings), make sure to check these out on Amazon……

  1. Costco has them marked down half price in my area.. they are clearancing them out.
I purchased them before and did not like them. Some of the sugars have a cooling effect for some people and these did for me. It didn’t bother my husband but it did me. I made them once and have the other two packages away.

    1. I wonder if they weren’t popular enough to keep on the shelves. I haven’t seen them at my local Costco in a while. It might just not be an item that sells in bulk to the Costco shoppers. Sorry to hear you didn’t like them. Thanks for the comment

  2. I found the mix at grocery outlet and made it tonight. I used applesauce to replace the coconut oil and then used 3 eggs. Turned out delicious.

    1. Glad you were able to find it! Applesauce is always a great healthy alternative for brownie mix! Coconut oil is one of my favorite items to use too! Glad you enjoyed them! I still see these at my Costco’s so they must be selling

  3. I’m pretty sure that the nutritional information on the side of the box only refers to the DRY MIX. You still need to add the nutritional value and macros for the 2/3 cup of oil as well as the 2 eggs, then divide it by 9.
Having said all that, I purchased this from my local Costco and finally made them today. They are DELICIOUS!!!

    1. Thanks for that Lisa! I know there are people who are big on counting nutritional values so that’s a great tip. Glad you enjoy them! I haven’t seen them on the shelves recently, so I wonder if they are sold out or not carrying them anymore.

  4. Yes, I live in Charlottesville, VA and it’s not at our Costco store there either.

It is an outstanding product and the price is much lower through Costco.

I am wondering if there is any way I can order it from Costo from another location??

    1. Sorry to hear. They probably have it stocked in my area because I can only assume it’s a popular item here. The Bay Area is usually good for items like this because I’m assuming we buy “health foods” a lot. Sorry to hear you can’t find it.

  5. Costco in Florida sells this brownie mix but not in Arizona and the Costco website does not show the product or the Costco item number listed in this article. My local Costco does not even show this product available. Very annoying.

    1. Ya. Unfortunately this isn’t a product that Costco would sell on their website. It seems to be area specific. Seeing as we are in California, we tend to get all the new health trends in regards to food. Sorry to hear you can’t find it. It’s still in stock at my local Costco’s FYI
