It’s got all that peanut flavor without all the fats. I tend to eat a lot of peanut butter, because we like to make our own & I absolutely love the stuff. I’ll sit down and eat a 16 oz. jar of peanut butter in 1 sitting. I don’t even want to add up the amount of fats I’m getting in my diet. This is a great way to reduce the fat & keep all the peanut flavor. It’s organic, low in fat, low in sugar, while still having some protein and fiber. Organic PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder, 30 ounces
If you like peanut butter I can’t recommend this enough. It doesn’t replace peanut butter for us, it’s just a lower calorie / lower fat alternative. Mix it up with some plain yogurt for a protein packed easy snack. Even though it comes in a 30 ounce jar, it goes quick in our house, so we tend to buy 2 or 3 at a time. Plus if you look at the ingredient list, there are only 3 ingredient: peanut flour, sugar, salt. Costco does not always carry this, so be on the lookout. It is only sold in-stores right now, so make sure to check your local Costco. If you can’t find this in-store, I still recommend trying it, so check it out via these links.
