Costco sells this SlimyGloop Slimy Sand Kit for $16.99. Scroll down for photos. We have a 2 year old at home & he loves to play with the kinetic sand. Some will say it’s totally different while others will say it’s the same. My opinion is that it is a little different but it’s very similar. It’s more like sand as opposed to slime & it sticks together well just like kinetic sand. This is a great way to get your little one to work on their fine motor skills. Ours has played for hours with his kinetic sand. I always talk about the battle against screen time. For only $17, this is a great way to keep your kid entertained. Costco SlimySand Sensory Sand 20-piece Set, SlimyGloop Kit
When we first opened the package, I thought it would be a lot messier than it actually was. This slimy sand actually stays together much better than I thought. What’s nice about this kit is you get 6 pounds of sand, which is plenty for a few kids to play with. It’s a good way to incorporate “sharing” especially if they have siblings. Costco.com currently sells this online for $20.99. That’s only $4 more for shipping and handling, which is a pretty good deal. If you can find it in store, than save yourself the $4. There’s only 2 reviews, but they’re both 5 star! Almost impossible. We have this for our kid & I can’t tell you how much dirt, food, etc. has gotten stuck in it. We always try to have him play with it on a clean surface, but it inevitably get’s dirty. It lasts a while & not terribly expensive, so it’s worth it for us
