Proform Cardio Hiit Trainer Costco, 1 Year iFit Included

Costco sells this Proform Cardio Hiit Trainer for $699.99. Scroll down for photos. This just showed up at our Costco. They have sold the ProForm Rowing Machine & the ProForm bike in stores, but this was the first time I have seen the stair master. They call it the Cardio HIIT Trainer, but I feel like most people see it as a stair / step master. This is a great product for all of you looking to upgrade your home gym. I am a big fan of this machine because it’s such a great workout. I never feel like I get as good of a workout on the elliptical as I do the stair master. It’s surprisingly smaller than I thought too (see photos). Anyways, here are a few more details about this Proform Cardio Hiit Trainer at Costco…..

Costco ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer, Stairmaster / Stepmaster, 1 Year iFit Included

Costco.com currently sells this online for $699.99 including installation / setup! That is better than in-store, because it is the same price as in-store but you have to set it up. Unfortunately it shows “out of stock” right now so keep checking back. Also make sure to check out the reviews, because they are rough. It gets a 2.8 / 5 star rating with about 30 reviews. I read through all of them and a lot of the complaints were “delivery did not setup” or a bad shipping experience. Keep that in mind. Also, with all ProForm equipment, you need to register / activate the equipment prior to using. You get iFit free for 1 year but can still use the machine without it. If you want check out some other HIGHLY RATED Cardio HIIT machines, make sure to check these out…..

  1. Hi, I got a machine last month and need to know if there is any options of free video or app to use after my year of Ifit expires? I didn’t realized when I bought it that the machine doesn’t have any exercise program included already. Please advise. I’m looking for options before considering returning it.

    1. You’re best bet is to find YouTube videos or somehow record some of the classes you currently like. You won’t get the interactive features or having the resistance changed for you. It’s one of those issues where it might be better to keep the iFit membership

  2. You can’t change the height of the paddle. If you are tall, then it is okay. I’m only 5’2″ and I can’t even change the height of the paddle. Now my knee are hurting when I go up-stair.

I know that you can change the height of the paddle because I used it when i’m at gym. So buy the one with adjustable paddle.

    1. Thanks for the tip Sheila. Sorry for the bad experience. Are you sure this is what is causing your knee pain?

  3. What site gives the best ‘how to” set up this machine. Just bought one at our Costco here in Overland Park KS.

    1. I would follow the manual that came with the machine. A lot of times products like this are specifically made for Costco & user manuals are tough to find. They also differ slightly enough with features that you don’t want to follow another setup that is “similar”. I have posted the manual for this EXACT model in the post above. Feel free to download it if you have lost the manual from your purchase. Let me know if you end up getting it setup preoperly.

  4. 1 year in with this unit and it’s running great. Resistance can go up to beyond what I can comfortably move, which is saying a lot (I’m 240 and 6’5”).
I sold the year ifit subscription for $100 on eBay, essentially discounting the purchase price. Next best thing to a stepper but much more affordable/compact.

    1. Awesome Jon! Glad you found it to be useful. Selling the iFit membership is a great way to lower the cost of the machine. That’s a great idea. Nice to hear it still is running great. You’re probably bigger than the average user, so it sounds like it’s built well enough for moderate / heavy use. Thanks for chiming in
