We buy the Spatchcock Chicken frequently, which is good for a quick, cheap healthy meal. This is a lamb shank that has been seasoned with rosemary and garlic. Lamb is more gamey than chicken, but I really enjoy it. Some may not….my wife doesn’t. That’s why I don’t buy it too often. If you’re new to lamb, this is a GREAT way to be introduced. Costco Superior Farms Seasoned Lamb Shank
This is a good size package & can feed 4. It is around $27 – $33 for the lamb shank. Throw in a little rice & vegetables & you can prepare a really nice meal for under $10 / person. I would recommend to follow the exact instructions below & use a pressure cooker. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, get one! They’re great. This is an in store item only. I recommend you try it at least once.
