Costco sells this Organic Wildbrine Sauerkraut for $7.99. Scroll down for photos. I just recently added this to my diet and I love it. I wake up each morning & will eat 1-2 scoops of this before I start my day. It’s supposedly has many benefits, but the main one for me is digestion. This sauerkraut contains probiotics which are wonderful at improving and maintaining the beneficial bacteria of your gut. Best of all this is organic and “Bobby Approved!”. If you take a look at the ingredients, you can see it only contains 3 items: Organic Cabbage, Sea Salt & Organic Garlic. I personally think it tastes great plain, but if you’re looking for something to eat it with, try it with some sandwiches, sausages or even on your eggs. Costco Organic Wildbrine Raw Sauerkraut, 50 Ounces
This can be found in the refrigerated section of Costco. It is usually located next to the deli meats, cheeses & other pre-packaged items. I know you can make this yourself, but for $8 and 50 ounces, this jar lasts a long time even if you are eating it everyday. There are supposedly a lot of health benefits to eating sauerkraut. The most common are that it’s very nutritious, it improves digestion and your immune system as well as helps you lose weight. A simple google search will give you the many benefits. It fits my 3 requirements too being easy, cheap & healthy. If you’ve never tried it I recommend you to give it a shot. If you can’t find this at Costco, there are a few other HIGHLY RATED brands, that Whole Foods sells. Check them out here…..
