Costco Pistachios, Kirkland Signature, 3 Pounds

Costco sells their Kirkland Signature Pistachios for $15.79. Scroll down for photos. Pistachios are one of my favorite snack to have around the house. This is one of the best values out there because you get 3 pounds for $15.79. That’s just a little over $5 per pound for these. This bag is something we generally keep stocked in the pantry at all times. It’s the perfect snack when I’m looking for something salty or before dinner. I just got to make sure I pour a fixed amount in a cup and not bring the whole bag or else I’ll find myself eating pistachios for dinner. Costco also sells organic pistachios that are really good! They’re a little more pricey, but that’s ok with us. Here is a little more information about these Kirkland Signature Pistachios……..

  • Kirkland Signature – 48 Ounces or 3 Lbs
  • Roasted & Salted
  • US Extra #1
  • Naturally Opened
  • Ingredients: Dry Roasted Pistachios, Salt
  • Gluten Free, Keto Friendly

Costco also sells the shelled pistachios as well as the organic ones. Those can be hit or miss while Costco ALWAYS has these in stock. We will buy the shelled pistachios every once in a while because I love to eat pistachio crusted salmon & this makes it easier. The only issue I could see with the Kirkland Pistachios is that they are salty for me. I am a little sensitive to salt & if I eat too many I can’t quench my thirst. It would be nice to see some unsalted pistachios for sale. If you want to try out some other HIGHLY RATED brands & some REALLY GOOD flavored pistachios, make sure to check these out…….

  1. Are the Costco pistachios supposed to come in fully sealed bags?

The reason I ask is we had a bag stored in our basement and when I just went to open it, I discovered the bag was not fully sealed. When I squeezed it, without opening the bag, air leaked out of the bag.

I’m thinking of bringing it back to the store to exchange for a better sealed bag. I like my pistachios to taste fresh!

    1. Yes, they should be sealed. If you’re concerned, just return it instead of opening it. I’m sure they’ll take it back without issue. I like my pistachios fresh too!
