Costco Cricut Maker Bundle, Ultimate Starter Pack

Costco sells the Cricut Maker Bundle for $379.99. Scroll for photos. I had to do a double take when I walked by because I had no idea what this was. Full disclosure, I went to cricut.com & had to read up on what this machine was & how it works. After I figured out what it was I thought “How cool is this machine?!?!?” This takes my experience of arts and crafts to a whole new level. The possibilities are endless. You can make projects like graphics, framed art, sewing projects, iron-ons, paper crafts, quilting & much more. They even have an app on your iPhone that has amazing reviews. This would be an amazing gift for the arts & crafts lover. Here are a few more details about this Cricut Maker Bundle…….

Costco Cricut Maker Ultimate Starter Bundle

Apparently the learning curve on this cricut maker is low, so this would be a GREAT gift for anyone remotely interested in arts a crafts. With everyone stuck at home because of COVID-19, this is a great way to keep busy that isn’t watching TV. It would be a great hobby or side project to pick up and learn. Also, Cricut is sold out of most of their bundles online, so it must be really popular as well. If you’re looking for a few accessories to go with this bundle make sure to check these out on Amazon (check out the Heat Press Machine for T-shirts!!!)……

    • No. I believe this is the original Cricut Maker. Costco also sold this last year & it is still available on the website as of this comment. The Cricut Maker 3 has the added ability to use matless Smart Materials. Smart Materials allow you to do larger projects in a single long cut, up to 12 feet long. This is the original. Thanks for the question

    • The essentials bundle model number is 8001447. I don’t think Costco sells the Ultimate Bundle you mention. If you are looking for the most expensive bundle it is sold directly on the Cricut Maker website & is called “Cricut Maker® + Everything Materials Bundle, Champagne”. Let me know if that answers your question

    • You’re right! Thanks for the heads up. It’s currently $379.99 & is Item Number: 1490883. That’s the same exact model in store & the same price, so there’s no upcharge for shipping or handling. Thanks for pointing that out!

    • Ya, unfortunately this is one of those items that will be hard to find & is uncommon for Costco to carry. I had never seen it before & it was hidden in the corner of the store. They seem to be a lot more popular than I realized so you may get lucky & find it near you. It all depends what Costco you live near. It’s currently not on Costco.com so maybe you’ll have luck in-store. Let me know if you find it. Good luck

    • Hello Ashley. I found this in the South San Francisco Costco on the side of the warehouse. There were only about 6 – 8 left so I have no idea how quick they will sell out. Hope that helps

I always try to remind the visitors that the side of the warehouse is always where I find random great items! I feel like most people, walk right in & check out the middle aisles on their way to the food. There were only about 6 – 8 left so I have no idea how quick they will sell out. Hope that helps

It always pays to hunker down the side of the warehouse because that’s where items like tennis balls, ink, electronics, smoker pellets & tons of other random items are. There were only about 6 – 8 left so I have no idea how quick they will sell out. Hope that helps
