Considering the pandemic (COVID-19) that is going on right now, it’s great to minimize trips to the store. You can buy your items in bulk at Costco & portion them out. This bundle comes with everything you need to get started. It’s got the vacuum sealing machine with a starter roll of bags. Yes, it’s $149, but it helps you avoid throwing away food. It’s great if you’re into hunting or fishing & want to store large quantities of food in the freezer. The frozen items last much longer in the freezer too.   1. Don’t buy this piece of junk I paid $179 for it took it back to them in an hour poorly made waste of time and money I think Cosco could do better on quality control with the products they sell to the public!

    And haven’t used 3month it’s broken
    I can’t find a receipt how can I return it?

    • You can just walk into Costco and return it. They have you’re order history on the computer & can look it up quickly. Are you sure it is broken? They still have them in stock so you should be able to get another one if you’d like

  3. I just purchased my 3rd one. All three will not vacuum air out of the bags. I’m so disappointed! I’ve had 2 people familiar with foodsavers come and they too are unable to vacuum. I think my Costco got a bad batch or something. I was so looking forward to using it.

    • That is weird. I’ve got plenty of friends and family who have this exact model and don’t have issues. Maybe you are right & it was a bad batch. Have you tried contacting customer support or trying new bags. Maybe another set of eyes will help out. Let me know if you end up getting it fixed
