Costco sells this Natrol Melatonin for $11.99. Scroll down for photos. This is a great deal for 250 of the fast dissolve tablets. I know many people who have used or currently use melatonin to assist with their sleep. Some swear by it and use it every night, while others have said it didn’t help at all. I think that is how most supplements are. You find one that works for you & stick with it. Even trying different brands can have a tremendous difference on the efficacy of supplements. Costco Natrol Melatonin 5 mg. Fast Dissolve Tablets, 250 Tablets
I found these in the supplement aisle next to the other melatonin products. Costco had this as well as the 5 mg Natrol gummies right next to each other. The gummies are more expensive & come with less tablets, so I would pick this over the gummies. I don’t ever recall seeing the EXTRA STRENGTH 10 mg tablets at Costco, but I’ll keep my eye out. Costco does sell these online, so always check Costco.com if you can’t find them in store. This product gets great reviews on Costco.com too with a 4.6/5 rating and over 3,200 reviews! The biggest complaint was that 5 mg is too large a dose. That can always be remedied with a pill cutter.
