For those of you with little ones at home, these baby food prep system are amazing! (scroll down for photos) My wife bought a baby food prep kit similar to this one on Amazon & was making all sorts of puree’s for our little one. He is now 18 months old and he still loves to eat cold veggie purees as snacks. His go to favorite is puree’d squash (green or yellow). Once our child started eating solid foods (I believe around 6 months), we had one of these going almost nightly. We wanted him to eat fresh fruit and vegetables as opposed to the stuff in jars with preservatives. This kit makes life just a little bit easier at a time where you may be a little more tired than usual (hint: you will be tired with a kid).
Costco Nutribullet Baby
This kit comes with just about everything you will need to get started including the storage cups. The kit we purchased from Amazon also came with the storage cups. Here are a few of the details of this kit…….
- Quickly puree baby food
- 2 x 12 oz short cups
- 1 x Batch bowl with lid
- Parts are dishwasher safe
- 6 x Storage cups
- BPA Free storage cups and containers
- Comes with user guide & 22 recipes
If you’re thinking about it just get one! You will be glad you did. If you can’t find this at Costco, here is the one we ordered from Amazon. The difference between the 2 is the one from Amazon is also a steamer, so you can steam the food and puree it. It’s a REALLY convenient feature to have, but you can always just use a stove-top steamer if needed. Check it out…….
