For those of you with little ones at home, these baby food prep system are amazing! (scroll down for photos) My wife bought a baby food prep kit similar to this one on Amazon & was making all sorts of puree’s for our little one. He is now 18 months old and he still loves to eat cold veggie purees as snacks. His go to favorite is puree’d squash (green or yellow). Once our child started eating solid foods (I believe around 6 months), we had one of these going almost nightly. We wanted him to eat fresh fruit and vegetables as opposed to the stuff in jars with preservatives. This kit makes life just a little bit easier at a time where you may be a little more tired than usual (hint: you will be tired with a kid).

If you’re thinking about it just get one! You will be glad you did. If you can’t find this at Costco, here is the one we ordered from Amazon. The difference between the 2 is the one from Amazon is also a steamer, so you can steam the food and puree it. It’s a REALLY convenient feature to have, but you can always just use a stove-top steamer if needed. Check it out…….
