Costco Deck Box, Lifetime 150 Gallon Capacity

Costco sells this Lifetime Deck Box for $99.99. Scroll down for photos. These deck boxes are wonderful to have. They can be used in a variety of ways. I’ve seen them on docks, side of the house, garage & of course on the deck. They are sturdy & built to last. I have a lifetime shed in my backyard. It was simple to put together & requires little to no maintenance. The great thing about Lifetime products is that they are great with parts. If you’re product is missing or defective, they will replace them. There is a number & contact information inside the package to get parts. This is a new item on the shelves since Spring is right around the corner. Get them now while you can! Here is a little more information about this Costco Deck Box……

Lifetime Deck Box, 150 Gallon Capacity

This is a great size to have on the side of the house. It doesn’t take up too much space because the depth is only 28.3 inches. It’s plenty big to store all the kids outdoor toys. That is what we plan on using it for. The nice thing is you can lock it up at night. Costco currently sells a “Lifetime Rough Cut 150 Gallon Deck Box” (Item Number: 1031663) for $199.99 online. That’s double the price for the same size box. It’s got a few extra features, but nothing worth double the price. I recommend you get this at Costco if you see it. If you can’t find this at Costco, or you want a different size deck box, make sure to check out these HIGHLY RATED deck boxes…….

    • Great! Thanks for letting me know. They still are not in stock in the Bay Area. I got to Costco about 2 – 3 times a week & have not been able to find them. 4 different Costco’s too! I got my 1 so I’m happy, but I think I want 2 more. We filled the first one with all our kids toys Day 1! I’m kicking myself. Anyways, glad you found them!

  1. The easiest way to find inventory, on anything, is to call a Costco. Talk with the Customer Service people, they can find inventory at any warehouse, or at least tell you when some are coming in. What the status of the product is as far a restocking, or if they won’t be selling it again. Easy.
    Good luck out there.
These things are great. We have most of them.
The downside will be the door hinge assembly, which WILL fail. The fix will not be easy as the metal rod is fed from the top before the roof is assembled. Oh well.
    It sure looks good.

    • Thanks a lot for the information Dan and Annika. That’s great to know. I have one that I setup about a month ago & it’s awesome! It surprisingly fits a lot of toys for my kid. Good to know about the hinge failing. That’s OK though….if it ever fails I’ll see about contacting Lifetime. If that is too much of a hassle I’ll probably just leave it or remove them altogether. Thanks for stopping by

    • No, they haven’t sold this product online in a while. Each time Costco gets a shipment in they are gone within a day or 2. The last time I went, there were 2 left & I’m kicking myself for only getting 1. These Deck Boxes are fantastic! Talk to your local Costco & they should be able to help & see when a product will be coming in stock

      • Thanks for the reply! Called at 9a morning and they had 12 in stock, at 10:30a they were down to 6, and by the time my wife could get there at 11:30a there was only 3! So I had her buy them all as I have friends who wanted one too. Crazy how fast they sell out!

        • Oh wow! Glad you were able to get your hands on one. Ya, it’s crazy how fast this product moves off the shelves. Mine were tucked on the side next to the Lifetime Shed they usually carry. I was shocked to see them. Did you get only 1? Set it up already? It was fairly straightforward

    • These are REALLY popular right now. I went to 4 different Costco’s last month & couldn’t find them anywhere. I finally found 2 of them at my local Costco & I’m kicking myself for not buying both of them. They setup in less than an hour & hold all of our kiddo’s toys. These Lifetime Deck Boxes are awesome! Good luck & I hope you find one

    • Thank you, I was able to get 2 in Clifton, seems they are still getting them in, delivery is usually 7 at a time and they are gone the same day. If you call they are able to tell you if they’re expecting a delivery.
      Thanks everyone.

      • Thanks for the heads up. 7 seems a little low for a product like this. They’re not THAT big. Anyways, glad you were able to get your hands on 2! Were you able to get them setup yet? I was a big fan of the gas spring struts for staying open without having to hold it. Thanks for the tip on calling!

    • Thanks. I’ve been looking for the last 2 weeks & they are sold out of all my Costco’s here on the West Coast. Such a bummer. I didn’t take my own advice! I thought about buying one, but wanted to double check with the wife & make sure I had enough space. As soon as we decided to purchase it, they were all sold out! Hoping they get a new shipment in soon

      • I went to Costco here in Charleston,SC and they were stacked above my head. I left for an appt, called my husband and told him about them and he said get one. I came back a couple of hours later and there were only 4 left! So glad I got mine that day. It was easy to put together and it seems a lot sturdier than the one we previously had.

        • I had a similar experience. When I finally decided I wanted one, they were gone. It took about 15 more trips to Costco to finally find them in stock. When I did find it, there was only 2 left & I grabbed one. After setting it up & stacking it with the kiddo’s toys, I immediately regretted not buying both! They are awesome & surprisingly spacious. I really need to practice what I preach & buy it the first time. Glad you found 1. Now I’m on the hunt for another

    • I shoulda grabbed it when I saw them! They are sold out at the 2 – 3 Costco’s I’ve been to. They must be really popular this season with all the “at home activities” people need to store now. Hopefully you find one at your local store. Let me know
