Costco Foam Roller, Lolë High Density EVA Foam

Costco sells the Lolë Foam Roller for $19.99. Scroll for photos. I found this in the sports section right next to the Lolë Yoga Mat. If you’ve never tried one of these, you don’t know what your missing. As I approach 40 I tend to have a lot more soreness after workouts or just carrying the 2 year old around. These Foam Roller’s really help with the sore spots. I generally use it before & after a workout. It really helps out before, because you can loosen up those tight muscles. My favorite part of the body to use it on is my calves. I always seem to have tight calves. These rollers really get in there & loosen up the knots. Costco Lolë Foam Roller

This is a great addition to the home gym. As mentioned in other posts, my wife & I use our Peloton regularly. This really helps to roll out our sore legs. Depending on how hard you roll, you can get that deep tissue massage that is almost painful but feels amazing afterwards. A great addition to go with this roller are Massage Lacrosse Balls.
