Costco Keto Ice Cream Bars, Sea Salt Caramel 12 Count

For those of you on the Keto Diet, you got to try these Costco Keto Ice Cream Bars. Scroll for photos. I knew it was a bad idea to buy these because I ate 3 of them the first night. Chocolate, Caramel & Sea Salt is one of my favorite combinations for dessert, so I couldn’t pass these up. I believe these are a fairly new product for Costco. They have been getting new items that are Keto friendly. I recently posted about the Costco Keto Bread, Artisan Bakers Multi Seed, which I thought was great. These bars are a little on the expensive side. They are $11.99 for 12 bars, so about $1 per bar, but take into account the Keto friendly part. I know we tend to spend a little more on food though, especially items that fit within our diet. Anyways, here are a few more details about these Keto Ice Cream Bars……..

  • 2 grams Net Carbs
  • No Sugar Added (Stevia is in the ingredient list)
  • Gluten Free, Soy Free, MCT Oil, rBST Free Milk
  • Keto Certified

Costco Keto Pint Ice Cream Bars

It’s nice to see Costco always up to date with the latest food trends. This is jus another example of that. You can find these in the freezer aisle next to all the other desserts. If I am being totally honest, I did find the sweetened taste of this bar to be on the chemical side. It could be the stevia, but feel free to take a look at the ingredient list below. It didn’t bother me at all though because this is a dessert & it means it’s a cheat night for me. It’s still a fantastic sea salt caramel ice cream bar! 1. Hi,
I buy these darn good Keto popsicles faithfully at Costco. Thank goodness they always have plenty, BUT this last time in my box of 12, I only received 11 🙁 I have the sealed wrapper that was in the box, but no popsicle in it! LOL
Just be ware…I got depressed when I saw one missing! LOL
    Love these 🙂

    1. Haha! That is random! I would be disappointed too though! I’m glad you are still able to find these. I haven’t seen these at my local Costco in a while. They have a lot of KETO products, but I haven’t seen the bars lately. I’ll keep an eye out. We’ve been buying this Australian Frozen Greek Yogurt cups for dessert. They are amazing!

  2. We loved these when they were sold in our location. They sold out and they never brought them back. Is there any way to get them back? Are they discontinued? We tried the vanilla and chocolate covered

    1. I saw them yesterday at my Costco in Northern California. They do still sell these. I believe they go on and off the shelves frequently. It’s funny you mention this because we have been looking for the Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Mint Chocolate Chip bars for a while now & can’t find them either. We did love these Keto Bars when we tried them too! Let me know if you end up finding them

  3. I buy the keto salted Carmel ice cream bars from Costco all the time but this time I bit into a piece of wood in the chocolate coating on the ice cream bar. Disappointing. [email protected]

    1. Sorry to hear Lori. Is there a chance it was the same type of wood as the stick that comes in the pack? It’s possible a piece broke off in manufacturing. Still not good but at least you know it’s part of the dessert. you could always return the box to Costco if you’re concerned.
